  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 6 - eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 pound mock crabmeat
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How To Make mock crabmeat casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients, except paprika.
  • Step 2
    Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Serve over hot, cooked rice.
