1/4 cbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspeach soy sauce, hot water, miso paste

44 oz salmon fillets
-
1 Tbspfresh chives
How to Make Miso-Glazed Salmon
- Preheat Broiler
Combine first 4 ingredients stirring with a whisk
Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray
Spoon Miso mixture over fish evenly - Broil about 10 minutes basting with miso twice.
Sprinkle with chives
