Great recipe for Salmon. The miso and brown sugar make a golden glaze for the meat. Really quick too. I used skinless fillets.

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons each soy sauce, hot water, miso paste
- 4 - 4 oz salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
