Ingredients

  • 1 pound cod fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup each mirin, saki, white miso paste and brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons each cornstarch and soy sauce
  • - scallions for garnish

How To Make miso glazed cod

  • Step 1
    Place some oil in large skillet. Sear the cod 3 minutes on each side.
  • Step 2
    Mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour over fish and cook on high until thickened and fish is flaky about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve garnished with scallions
