- 1 pound cod fish fillets
- 1/2 cup each mirin, saki, white miso paste and brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons each cornstarch and soy sauce
- - scallions for garnish
How To Make miso glazed cod

Step 1Place some oil in large skillet. Sear the cod 3 minutes on each side.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour over fish and cook on high until thickened and fish is flaky about 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 3Serve garnished with scallions
