Fast easy tuna casserole with a little different twist.

  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1/4 c
    onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    wheat chex mix, crushed
  • 1 can(s)
    chunk tuna, 9 1/4 oz drained, flaked
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables, 10 oz, cooked, drained
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Microwave Chex-Tuna Pie


  1. Combine egg, mayonnaise,mustard,salt,pepper,onion and green pepper in bowl; mix well. Stir in cereal and tuna.
  2. Press gently into 8-inch glass pie plate, shaping as for pastry shell. Combine vegetables with 1/4 cup cheese. Spoon into shell. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  3. Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until cereal mixture is firm.
