Ingredients

1 - egg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup onions, chopped
3 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups wheat chex mix, crushed
1 can chunk tuna, 9 1/4 oz drained, flaked
1 package frozen mixed vegetables, 10 oz, cooked, drained
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make microwave chex-tuna pie

Step 1

Combine egg, mayonnaise,mustard,salt,pepper,onion and green pepper in bowl; mix well. Stir in cereal and tuna.

Step 2

Press gently into 8-inch glass pie plate, shaping as for pastry shell. Combine vegetables with 1/4 cup cheese. Spoon into shell. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Step 3

Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until cereal mixture is firm.
