How to Make McDonald's Canned Fish
- Clean fish. Remove skin and cut into 2" chunks.
- Add mix ingredients together: salt, vinegar, ketchup.
- Hot jars and lids. Use 7 pints or 1/2 pints (10 to 11), wide mouth jars.
A layer of fish, add sliced onion, 1 tb mix

Repeat until 1/4" from top. (firm) - Put on lids and rings. Put in presser cooker.
Presser cooker: Add 2 quarts of water, close lid.
Steam: good strong steam for 10 minutes. Close valve
and presser cook at 15# for 100 minutes.
