Handed down from Mrs. Grier who taught us how to eat and love the famous Maryland Blue Crab. Easy to make.....just need to catch the crabs! Just kidding...store bought lump crab meat is fine.

Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread with crust removed
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh or dried
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 - egg
How To Make maryland crab cakes

Step 1Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into cakes. Fry until brown on each side. Serve with lemon wedge on side, fresh salad greens and favorite dressing.
