Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- - 1 large or 2 small eggs
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make maryland crab cakes

Step 1In a bowl, Mix all ingredients together,EXCEPT for crabmeat.

Step 2Gently add crabmeat. If mixture is to dry add a little more mayonnaise.

Step 3Shape into cakes and fry in just enough margarine (or butter) until browned on both sides.
