  • 1 lb
  • 3/4 c
    seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c
  • ·
    1 large or 2 small eggs
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Maryland Crab Cakes


  1. In a bowl, Mix all ingredients together,EXCEPT for crabmeat.
  2. Gently add crabmeat. If mixture is to dry add a little more mayonnaise.
  3. Shape into cakes and fry in just enough margarine (or butter) until browned on both sides.
