mark's marinated fish steaks
Mark said that this will give him 3 servings plus enough left over for Kona (his Tamaskan dog) from the one pound of fish. I laughed, because that won't be enough for 1 serving for my hubby. So this is easy to adjust to larger quantities of fish, and any type of fish desired.

How To Make mark's marinated fish steaks
-
Step 1Mix the syrup, garlic, soy and salt and pepper. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes. Then cook 20 min in a 350 degree oven.
-
Step 2Mark has used salmon, and tilapia so far. Since I can't eat salmon, I asked about using tuna steaks. He thinks they would turn out fine, and reminded me the marinade is for 1 lb of fish of whatever I choose to use.
