Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced reserve the dark green parts for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger grated
- TUNA
- 2 tuna steaks
- olive oil for searing
How To Make marinated seared tuna steak

Step 1Mix all the marinade ingredients. Add the tuna steaks and marinate at least 2 hours, turning once.

Step 2Get a pan hot and add a little oil. Sear the tuna about 2 minutes on each side.

Step 3Remove the tuna and let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with the dark green parts of the scallions.
