Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 2 tuna steaks, the ones that are in a rectangle works best
- 2 cups Teriyaki sauce your favorite
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- olive oil
- green parts of scallions shredded
- pickled ginger for serving
- 1 lemon
How To Make marinated grilled tuna steak

Step 1Place the Teriyaki sauce, sherry, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl. Add the tuna and let it marinate for 3 hours in the fridge, turning every hour.

Step 2Remove from the fridge, drain, and let it come to room temperature about 30 minutes. Cut each tuna into 3 pieces.

Step 3Get a grill hot. Brush the tuna with oil and sear on every side for about 30 seconds each side.

Step 4Lay the scallions on a plate top with the tuna and place a piece of ginger on each piece. Squirt a half a lemon over each plate. Enjoy
