Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 - unbaked nine inch pie shell
- 1 can crabmeat, 7.5 oz., drained and flaked
- 2 - green onions, including top, sliced thinly
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup light cream or half and half
- - salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash mace, optional
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
How To Make marie's famous crab quiche

Step 1Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie shell. Top with crab; sprinkle with onions.

Step 2Mix eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, dry mustard and mace. Pour over crab. Top with almonds. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or til set. Remove form oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6
