How to Make Maple Salmon
- Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper and orange juice in a bowl.
- Marinade the salmon for thirty minutes. I like to make tin foil boats for each piece of salmon. Pour some sauce in the bottom of the boat, place the salmon skin side up on top of the marinade, and cover with more sauce. Make sure that the tin foil is snug against the fish.
- Bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes or so.
