- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1Place all ingredients, except lobster, in top part of double boiler.

Step 2Melt over hot water; stir to blend well.

Step 3Cut lobster in small pieces; add to mixture and cook 6 minutes.
