Ingredients
- 4 medium fish fillets, your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- freshly ground black pepper
How To Make low fat greek fish

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 11-inch by 7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, paprika and ground pepper. Lay fish fillets in a single layer in the baking dish.

Step 3Drizzle oil, lemon and herb mixture over the fish, over with foil and bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables and a whole grain couscous or rice.
