Another one of Mark's Polish family recipes that he translated for sharing!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon steak
  • 3 cups vegetable fish bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon green parsley, chopped

How To Make losoz z wody (salmon from the h20), mark's

  • Step 1
    Place salmon steaks in boiling boullion and cook on low heat for 20 minutes Remove steaks gently from the kettle. Place on a warmed dish. Sprinkle with butter. Garnish with eggs, lemon slices and green parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes and green peas.
  • Step 2
    Notes: A good alternate is mushroom sauce Prep time does not include the bullion base.
