A lady I took care of taught me this recipe, and it is the tastiest recipe I have found for Lobster.

3 - 8 oz.
lobster tails
1 c
1 Tbsp
chili powder (or more to taste)
3 clove
fresh garlic/minced
1 tsp
grated orange peel
1 tsp
lemon juice

How to Make Lobster Tails (broiled)


  • 1In small pan, melt butter, & saute garlic. Add chili powder, orange peel, and lemon juice. Simmer on low while cleaning the under side of lobster tails (leave in shell).
  • 2Place lobster (shell side down) on broiling pan.
  • 3Baste lobster with butter mixture (reserve some of mixture to baste lobster half way through cooking time). Broil for 15-18 min. or until lobster is golden brown.

    Best served hot.
