lobster rolls
For those who love lobster rolls and can't get back up to New England to buy one. You can make these at home. And if you don't like the rolls and just like the lobster salad, you can up it in avocado halves.

Ingredients
- 4 - 1 1/2 lb cooked lobster or 4 lobster tails or 1 1/2 lb lobster meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 - inner celery stalks and leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- - freshly ground black pepper
- 4 - rolls, split and lightly toasted
- - melted butter for brushing
How To Make lobster rolls

Step 1Remove the meat from lobsters,chopping any large chunks into bite size pieces. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayo,lemon juice,celery,parsley and pepper to taste.

Step 2Brush cut sides of the rolls with melted butter and fill with the lobster salad.
