Ingredients For lemony salmon patties

  • 1 can
    pink salmon
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    soft bread crumps
  • 1
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh diced parsley
  • 1 tsp
    minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • LEMON SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 tsp
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper

How To Make lemony salmon patties

    In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Fill eight greased muffin cups with 1/4 cup salmon mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until browned.

    Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in the lemon juice, salt and cayenne. Serve with patties.

    I also make into patties and cook on indoor grill. After making patties spray each side before grilling. About 7-10 minutes. Serving as sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
