Ingredients
- 2 pounds medium raw prawns (peeled/deveined)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 8 tablespoons vegetable broth
- 6 tablespoons half and half
- 1/2 cup cilantro (fresh leaves)
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 - green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup parsley (fresh leaves)
- 2 - jalapenos, fresh
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 - lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make lemon pepper prawns

Step 1prepare salsa dice equal parts tomatoes, bell pepper, onion in 1/4" squears remove seeds from jalapenos and mince chop parsley and cilantro mix ingredients in bowl add salt to taste let stand

Step 2preheat olive oil in large pan add shrimp and fry over high heat. cook for 1-2 minutes per side when almost done, sprinkle flour in pan with shrimp. stir

Step 3reduce heat. addjuice from lemon (approximately 4tbsp), half and half and broth to pan. stir. add 3tbsp of salsa. stir
