This fish has excellent flavor. I used Mahi-Mahi and it turned out great. This is super quick to make, delicious and a family pleaser. Whats not to love?

Ingredients
- 3 ounces butter
- 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley, chopped
- 24 ounces white fish fillets
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
How To Make lemon fish

Step 1Heat the butter, lemon rind and parsley in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2Cut each fish in half and add to the pan if whole.

Step 3Cook for 2 minutes each side or until tender, then pour over the lemon juice. Thicker fish will take longer.
