Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 - cod filets
- 3 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
How To Make lemon butter filet

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Step 3Mix in lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and garlic. Bring to boil.

Step 4Cook and stir about 10 minutes, until thickened.

Step 5Arrange cod filets in a single layer on a medium baking sheet.

Step 6Cover with 1/2 the butter mixture and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cover with foil.

Step 7Bake 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven, until fish is easily flaked with a fork.

Step 8Pour the remaining butter mixture over the fish to serve.
