How To Make lemon-broiled shrimp

Step 1Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and onion in a glass bowl. Shell and devein shrimp. Marinate in soy sauce mixture for at least 2 hours. Put on skewers and broil for 10 minutes or until shrimp are tender. Makes 6-8 servings.
