This is a good way to cook fish,just don't over cook it. I use whatever "white"fish is fresh when I go shopping.

Ingredients

  • - 1/2 c butter
  • - 1/4 c lemon juice
  • - 2 c fresh bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
  • - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • - 1 lb fish fillets

How To Make lemon broiled fish

  • Step 1
    combine butter and lemon juice. In a medium bowl,combine bread crumbs,parsley and 1/4 c lemon juice of the lemon mixture. Add paprika to remaining lemon mixture. dip fish into paprika mixture;broil until fish flakes with a fork. Top with bread crumb mixture. Return to broiler;heat through.
