Ingredients
- 1 pound cod filets
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- pinch pepper
How To Make lemon baked cod

Step 1Mix butter and lemon juice.

Step 2In another bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper, dip fish into margarine mixture then into flour mixture.

Step 3Place fish in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 4Pour remaining margarine mixture over fish before baking.
