Ingredients

  • 1 pound cod filets
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • pinch pepper

How To Make lemon baked cod

  • Step 1
    Mix butter and lemon juice.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper, dip fish into margarine mixture then into flour mixture.
  • Step 3
    Place fish in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Pour remaining margarine mixture over fish before baking.
