Lad's Fish Tacos

The first time I had fish tacos,my family and I were in Ensenada,we went to the fish market early one morning and passed by an area where they make great fish tacos, the cooks were starting their day, chopping vegetables for all kinds of salsas, cooking the seafood, etc. After we bought fish,we sat down at one of tables and ate the best fish tacos ever! Ever since,I've been making fish tacos at home. this is my version. I like to spread fish with a little yellow mustard for extra flavor, you don't really taste mustard, just makes the fish flavorful.
