Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium (perferred)
- 1/4 cup sake or white dry wine
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- 1 - inch grated ginger root
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 - 4 to 6 ounce pieces of salmon
How To Make japanese salmon

Step 1Heat oil in saute pan. Add Green onions,garlic and ginger then place the salmon int the pan skin side down.

Step 2Add the Sake,soy sauce. Cook until salmon is done to your liking. Flipping it once during cooking. You can cut down on the oil without sacrifcing taste if you wish.
