Ingredients For japanese salmon

1/4 colive oil

1/4 csoy sauce low sodium (perferred)

1/4 csake or white dry wine

1/2 bunchgreen onions
-
1inch grated ginger root

1 clovegarlic
-
44 to 6 ounce pieces of salmon
How To Make japanese salmon

1Heat oil in saute pan. Add Green onions,garlic and ginger then place the salmon int the pan skin side down.

2Add the Sake,soy sauce. Cook until salmon is done to your liking. Flipping it once during cooking. You can cut down on the oil without sacrifcing taste if you wish.
