Jamaican seafood medley

1 1/2 Tbsporange juice

1 1/2 Tbsplime juice

2 cloveminced garlic

1/2 tspminced gonger

1 tspgrated orange peel

1 tsplime peel, grated

1/2 tspblk pepper

1/8 tspground cinnamon

dash(es)ground cloves

1/2 tsptabasco sauce

1/2 lborange roughy cut into bite size peices

1/2 lbscallops cut in half

1/2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspgreen onions sliced

1/2 largegreen pepper sliced thin
How to Make Jamaican seafood medley
- Combine sugar, juices and seasonings.. pour over seafood cover and marinate in refrig for about 2 hours..
- Saute seafood in skillet with olive oil for about 15 min or untill done.
I serve this dish on angel hair pasta with parm cheese.. It is so yummy and spicy citrus taste so different but so good..
