Ingredients

  • 1 pound sushi grade tuna, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mango, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons delallo pepper drops, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili crisp
  • 1/3 cup pepitos

How To Make island tuna poke

  • Step 1
    Place the tuna, mango, red onion, jalapeno, and pepper drops, if using, and pepitos in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix the lime juice, grapeseed oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili crisp.
  • Step 3
    Pour over the tuna mixture and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Cover and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy
