Ingredients
- 1 pound sushi grade tuna, cut into chunks
- 1 cup mango, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons delallo pepper drops, drained and chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 1/3 cup pepitos

Step 1Place the tuna, mango, red onion, jalapeno, and pepper drops, if using, and pepitos in a bowl.

Step 2Mix the lime juice, grapeseed oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili crisp.
