Ingredients
- 3 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon chicken boullion
- 1 cup water
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons curry powder (green or red) depending on what you like
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make indian curried shrimp

Step 1Dissolve bouillion in water. set aside

Step 2In a large saute pan, melt butter and then add onions, cook slowly and stirring until the onions start to get tender.

Step 3add curry powder, salt sugar, ginger and flour to the butter/onion mixture. stir and cook on low until combined.

Step 4Gradually add the milk and chicken broth and continue to stir until all lumps are dissolved. Add the shrimp and lemon juice and cook just until shrimp is heated through.

Step 5Serve over rice and stir fried veggies if desired.
