I just love salmon and this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy it!

  • 2 Tbsp
    shallots, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh thyme (but you can use dried, just use half)
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    good dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 4
    6 oz salmon fillets about an inch thick

How to Make Honey Glazed Salmon


  1. Prepare your grill or you can use a broiler. I now have a grill pan (which I totally LOVE) so I use my grill pan. Spray it with Pam.
  2. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over the skinless fish.
  3. Cook about 6 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily when fork tested.
