2 Tbspshallots, minced
1 Tbspchopped fresh thyme (but you can use dried, just use half)
1 Tbspgood dijon mustard
1/4 tspground red pepper
46 oz salmon fillets about an inch thick
How to Make Honey Glazed Salmon
- Prepare your grill or you can use a broiler. I now have a grill pan (which I totally LOVE) so I use my grill pan. Spray it with Pam.
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over the skinless fish.
- Cook about 6 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily when fork tested.
