I just love salmon and this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (but you can use dried, just use half)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon good dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 4 - 6 oz salmon fillets about an inch thick
How To Make honey glazed salmon

Step 1Prepare your grill or you can use a broiler. I now have a grill pan (which I totally LOVE) so I use my grill pan. Spray it with Pam.

Step 2Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over the skinless fish.

Step 3Cook about 6 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily when fork tested.
