I just love salmon and this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy it!

Ingredients For honey glazed salmon

2 Tbspshallots, minced

1 Tbspchopped fresh thyme (but you can use dried, just use half)

3 Tbsphoney
-
1 Tbspgood dijon mustard

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspground red pepper

46 oz salmon fillets about an inch thick
How To Make honey glazed salmon

1Prepare your grill or you can use a broiler. I now have a grill pan (which I totally LOVE) so I use my grill pan. Spray it with Pam.

2Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over the skinless fish.

3Cook about 6 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily when fork tested.
