Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 4 black cod filets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make honey garlic black cod

Step 1Mix the honey, garlic, and soy sauce together. Dry the fish and season with a little salt and pepper.

Step 2Let the fish sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature after salting them. Place the oil in a large skillet. Add the fish skin side down and pour the honey mixture over top.

Step 3Baste the fish with the sauce but don't move the fish around after 5 minutes flip the fish and let it cook about another 5 minutes until flaky
