Ingredients
- 4 thick salmon fillets, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
- 8 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined and minced
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken or seafood stock
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make herb and shrimp stuffed salmon

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with butter. Cut a slit into each salmon filet to form a pocket, but not all the way through.

Step 2Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Fold in the shrimp, garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir just until combined.

Step 3Stuff the filling into the salmon pockets. Season the salmon with the paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 4Place the salmon in the baking sheet, and pour the stock around the salmon. Add the butter.

Step 5Bake for 20 minutes. Let rest 3 minutes and spoon some of the sauce over the salmon. Enjoy
