- MARINADE:
- 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
How To Make hawaiian tuna

Step 1Combine marinade ingredients in a nonmetallic dish. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons marinade for basting. Drain fish from marinade. Coat fish with vegetable cooking spreay. Grill over hot coals 3 minutes. Turn. Brush wtih reserved marinade. Cook and additional 4-5 minutes.

Step 2Add tuna. Marinate 15-20 minutes, turning once.
