I love the sauce in this recipe, it gets thicker as you cook it. great for dunking.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds halibut cut in 1/2 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Step 1
    In saute pan saute butter & garlic. Add mushrooms and hearts. Simmer until cooked. In a second saute pan add the Halibut in wine, & cream. Add cream mix to mushroom mix. Simmer 5 minute:
