  • 1 1/2 lb
    halibut cut in 1/2 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    green onions
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c
    artichoke hearts
  • 1 c
    white wine
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    heavy cream

How to Make Halibut Sebastian


  1. In saute pan saute butter & garlic. Add mushrooms and hearts. Simmer until cooked. In a second saute pan add the Halibut in wine, & cream. Add cream mix to mushroom mix. Simmer 5 minute:
