Couldn't find a recipe for Halibut Fillet which is expensive to purchase to begin with so I used my intuition and it was so good.

Ingredients
- 7 slices lemon fresh with the rind
- 7 slices sweet green pepper
- 7 slices sweet red pepper
- 4 slices portabelo mushrroom
- 5 pinches cumin
- 5 pinches tumeric
- BAKED HALIBUT LARGE FILLETS (2)
How To Make halibut fillet

Step 1A piece of tin foil to expand the length of the two fillets laid side-by-side on it with enough to tent the top in a roll pinched. Place the fillets on the tin foil that is on a cookie sheet. Place the ingredients on top of the fillets and close above with pinching the foil to seal. Preheated oven at 400 degrees. Bake for 18-20 mins. At 18 mins. open the sealed top and if the peppers appear not cooked, leave open for two more minutes. Served with Basmati Rice which is done even faster. Enjoy!
