- 2 halibut fillets
- salt and pepper
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- minced parsley, for garnish
- lemon wedges, for serving
How To Make halibut fillet with lemon cream sauce

Step 1Mix the ingredients together for the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted and the garlic is cooked, about 3 minutes.

Step 2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the halibut fillets in a pan and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Pour the sauce over the halibut and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let rest 5 minutes.
