    halibut fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sm
    shallot, chopped
  • SAUCE
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • minced parsley, for garnish
  • lemon wedges, for serving

How To Make halibut fillet with lemon cream sauce

    Mix the ingredients together for the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted and the garlic is cooked, about 3 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the halibut fillets in a pan and season with salt and pepper.

    Pour the sauce over the halibut and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let rest 5 minutes.
