How To Make halibut fillet with lemon cream sauce

1Mix the ingredients together for the sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted and the garlic is cooked, about 3 minutes.

2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the halibut fillets in a pan and season with salt and pepper.

3Pour the sauce over the halibut and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let rest 5 minutes.
