How to Make Halibut Delight
- 1Combine flour, garlic powder, curry powder, marjoram, baking powder and lemon pepper.
- 2Mix well.
- 3Slowly add enough flat beer to make a thick batter.
- 4Dip halibut in batter and then roll in panko.
- 5Let stand for 2 minutes.
- 6Deep fry in 375 degree fat until golden brown.
- 7Drain on absorbent paper and serve with a tartar sauce or a zesty tomato, horseradish sauce for dipping.
