halibut ala lala
We eat fish at this house ALOT so I have some good recipes and some at which we turned up our noses! This is a keeper. Had to work it so as my daughter could write while I measured!! TNT p.s. my name grandma is "Lala" (Grandma Lynda is a mouthfull for 8 month old granddaughter, Kristen) haha it stuck for over 29 years

Ingredients
- 2 pounds halibut cut into serving sizes
- - sourdough bread crumbs
- 1 cup sour cream or plain greek yogart
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- - paprika
How To Make halibut ala lala

Step 1Heat oven 500 degrees. Bake for 10 min

Step 2Rinse Halibut and pat dry on paper towels. Roll in bread crumbs. Mix sour cream, mayo and onion; spread over fish to cover completely (all edges). Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 3If you need more mixture: 2 parts of sour cream to 1 part mayo and 1 part onion.

Step 4This can be made Vegen by substituting the sour cream and mayo.

Step 5Wonderful next day as sandwich; in salads.
