gulf shore baked shrimp
When I was first introduced to this fabulous dish I was sure that I wasn't going to like it. But being a guest in friends home I surely wasn't going to turn my nose up and refuse to eat it. One taste and I was hooked. It reminds me a bit of shrimp scampi but better. Living on the coast of S.E. Georgia, shrimp is plentiful year round so I make this dish often. A great side dish is Zatarains rice pilaf. Serve the shrimp over the rice and I guarantee you'll be hooked too!
