4 slice
canadian bacon
4 slice
swiss cheese
flour for dredging
egg wash for dredging
bread crumbs or panko for coating
salt and pepper to taste

1Salt & pepper fillets Put a cut in the side of the Fillet, and put the bacon and cheese in the cut. Then dredge the grouper in flour, then egg wash, then bread crumbs. Use club party picks to hold the grouper together. Drop the fish in the fryer, & cook to light brown. Place the fish on a sheet pan on a rack, so the grease can drop off,& bake to a golden brown. Top with a sauce of your choice.
