- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/2 cup japanese soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- SALMON
- 4 salmon fillets
How To Make grilled yakitori salmon

Step 1Mix the Yakitori sauce ingredients together in a bowl until sugar has dissolved.

Step 2Get your grill hot and brush the sauce on the salmon filets. Place the filets on the hot grille and keep brushing and turning the salmon until cooked through about 10 minutes depending on thickness of your salmon.
