How to Make Grilled Trout
- Prepare marinade by combining first 5 ingredients.
- Pour marinade over trout in a shallow dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once.
- Remove trout from marinade and grill over medium-hot coals until done (10 to 15 minutes).
