This is 1 of the many recipes that I have developed over my lifetime of outdoor life.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds trout fillets
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - parsley

How To Make grilled trout

  • Step 1
    Spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Place fish on aluminum foil.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle the lemon juice and butter over the fish.
  • Step 4
    Salt and pepper the fish to your liking.
  • Step 5
    Add parsley.
  • Step 6
    Fold the edges to form a tigh seal.
  • Step 7
    Grill for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
