Ingredients
- PEACH BBQ SAUCE:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, low sodium
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups peaches, fresh or canned, drained
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- FISH:
- 4 - tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make grilled tilapia w/ peach bbq sauce

Step 1PEACH BBQ SAUCE: Mix all ingredients, except peaches, together in a saucepan & simmer over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes.

Step 2While the sauce is simmering, puree 2 C of canned or fresh peaches. Once the sauce is cooked, add pureed peaches to the sauce & stir together.

Step 3Preheat grill to medium heat.

Step 4FISH: Season fish with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook the fish on each side for 3 - 4 minutes. During last few minutes of cooking, brush fish with bbq sauce.

Step 5Once cooked & plated, ladle more peach bbq sauce on top of fillets. Serve over rice.
