Ingredients

1/4 c
lime juice
1-2 clove
garlic, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1/2 c
butter, melted

4-6 salmon fillets, with skin

How to Make Grilled Salmon with Lime Butter

Step-by-Step

  • 1Puree the lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in an electric
    blender.
  • 2Add the melted butter and process until emulsified.
  • 3Refrigerate until ready to use. Season the salmon with salt
    and pepper and grill over hot coals, flesh sides down, for
    about 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and grill until just
    cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Top each fillet with
    about 1 Tbs (15 ml) of the lime butter.
