How to Make Grilled Salmon with Lime Butter
- Puree the lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in an electric
- Add the melted butter and process until emulsified.
- Refrigerate until ready to use. Season the salmon with salt
and pepper and grill over hot coals, flesh sides down, for
about 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and grill until just
cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Top each fillet with
about 1 Tbs (15 ml) of the lime butter.
