Ingredients For grilled salmon with lime butter

  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1-2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 4-6
    4-6 salmon fillets, with skin

How To Make grilled salmon with lime butter

  • 1
    Puree the lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in an electric blender.
  • 2
    Add the melted butter and process until emulsified.
  • 3
    Refrigerate until ready to use. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and grill over hot coals, flesh sides down, for about 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and grill until just cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Top each fillet with about 1 Tbs (15 ml) of the lime butter.
