Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1-2 clove garlic, chopped
- - salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4-6 - 4-6 salmon fillets, with skin
How To Make grilled salmon with lime butter

Step 1Puree the lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in an electric blender.

Step 2Add the melted butter and process until emulsified.

Step 3Refrigerate until ready to use. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and grill over hot coals, flesh sides down, for about 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and grill until just cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Top each fillet with about 1 Tbs (15 ml) of the lime butter.
