Ingredients
- 4 - 6 oz. salmon, skinless filet
- 2 cups diced vegtables
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 4 sheets foil- 15" long
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 4 slices lemon
How To Make grilled salmon packs

Step 1Combine the vegs., oil, and lemon pepper. Mix well

Step 2Divide the vegs. among the pcs. of foil

Step 3Place a Salmon filet on top of vegs. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and top with a pat of butter. Top with a slice of lemon and 1 clove of the crushed garlic.

Step 4Fold up sides of foil creating a packet, leaving a little air space on top for steam.

Step 5Grill on medium high flame for 10 - 20 mins.
