Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon (preferably wild)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried
How To Make grilled salmon

Step 1In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.

Step 2Brush the mixture onto the fish.

Step 3Grill over medium-hot until the fish flakes easily. Allow about 4-6 minutes per 1/2-inch of thickness.

Step 4Garnish with fresh rosemary.
