1 lbsalmon (preferably wild)

2 tspolive oil

2 tsplemon juice, fresh

1/4 tspsalt
-
·freshly ground black pepper to taste

2 clovegarlic, crushed

2 tspfresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried
How to Make GRILLED SALMON
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Brush the mixture onto the fish.
- Grill over medium-hot until the fish flakes easily. Allow about 4-6 minutes per 1/2-inch of thickness.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary.
