Try this at your next BBQ and you'll be the talk of the town! Amazing flavor...

Ingredients

  • 2 - salmon filets
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 - green onions, finely sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make grilled salmon

  • Step 1
    Place salmon in a shallow dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Set aside 1/4 cup for basting; pour the rest over the salmon.
  • Step 4
    Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Drain, discarding marinade.
  • Step 6
    Grill salmon over medium coals, skin side down, for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Step 7
    Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
