- 2 tablespoons grated zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- TUNA
- 4 tuna steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make grilled orange tuna steaks

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Add the tuna and let it marinate for 1 hour, or just leave it in the marinade all day.

Step 2Brush the olive oil on the grill. Remove the tuna from the marinade.
