Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    fresh fish filets
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    paprika
  • 1 slice
    onion

How to Make Grilled Fish In Foil

Step-by-Step

  1. On 4 large buttered squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, place equal amounts of fish.
  2. In small saucepan, melt margarine; add lemnon juice, parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour equal amounts over fish.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika; top with onion slices.
  5. Wrap foil securely around fish, leaving space for fish to expand.
  6. Grill 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with fork. Refrigerate leftovers.
